    Bookkeeping is so much easier when do it throughout the year instead of waiting before tax time. Simple web-based systems make the process even easier especially if you can download your credit card and bank account info.

    Sure, but anyway I don’t think someone should just self-proclaim a taxation professional and just set up and forget a web application. It is always (strongly?) advisable to speak with a business professional first —and not just first, but now and then— as those consultations can really make a difference.
